Run- 74 mi
Had to skip a 3mi and 12mi run because of vacationing in the mountains with no treadmill and ya know, bears (saw so many). I am already on such an easy low mileage plan (HH Novice 2) and am just NOT feeling it this training cycle. Life has changed so much since baby #2 and there just isn't any time.
Very impressed with all your mileages! I thought I had a lot....bahaha.
Run: 22.2 miles Swim: 0 yards officially, but I've been doing a lot of casual swimming with DS. Oops. Cycle: 21.9 miles, plus another indoor cycle that I forgot to record Lift: 1 session. Oops again Yoga: 8 sessions
I wish it was more, but we were out of town for a week and a half and I was sick, so I'll take it!
My lowest numbers of the year so far on account of vacation, heat, solo parenting and not fully cooperative children, my first cold of the year... what else can I blame it on... 😛 Run 37.1 mi Bike 87.09 mi Swim 1 mi Walk/hike/elliptical 16.03 mi Did something 21/31 days
I have nothing to report since I got a foot injury, and went on vacation and a work trip. I have not exercised for a month now. I feel really guilty. I should bike though since I can't run or hike (my faves) as my foot is still hurting.
