I ran 6.2 this morning. I've been thinking about my Richmond half training, and I really want to break the 2 hour mark, so I tried the pace/distance of the first "long" run of a training plan I found and it went great! I'm so excited!

I ran 16 this morning. The weather was glorious - 55* at the start, cloudy for the whole thing, barely 70* when I finished. We then went and saw a movie this afternoon, and now I’m foam rolling my IT bands, hoping they stretch back out and quit hurting me. UGH.
