Saturday who is up?

I’m out of town in my college town after a wedding. Getting ready for 4 slow easy miles. Then farmers market and home for the rest of the day.

What is everyone else up to today?

I’m going to head out for 4 miles shortly. It’s delightfully cool out!

I’m up and in the car for day 2 of my family fun road trip. I’m super sad to be missing the best running weather weekend at home but I’m excited for my week away from work. Depending on how I feel when we stop tonight, I might at least try to get a walk in.

I was supposed to run 8 miles today, but my mom is sick and I had to take over for taking care of my aunt and uncles dog while they are away. I am on vacation next week so I can get the miles in probably Monday.

I ran a 1 mile race last night and it was fun. I went out with some friends after but had to leave early to get back to the dog.

It's August in GA. I was up early to get in a 2+ hour mountain bike ride. I spent the afternoon at a BBQ and lounged around in my friend's pool for a few hours with everyone.
