Friday: Off Sat.: 2 hour mtb w/sprained hand and very bruised body--visit to Urgent Care to make sure my hand wasn't broken. The bike is mostly fine but will spend some time at the LBS Sunday: Yeah...nope Monday: Easy short recovery road ride. Couch time.

Friday: 6 mile run Saturday: rest day Sunday: 4 mile run Monday: rest day, although it was supposed to be yoga. I'll make it up tomorrow

Fri: Power Vinyasa Sat: Ran 9. Shared this on my post but was psyched as the pacer was fast and had us coming in at a 9:22. My legs were exhausted leading up to the run so I was SOOO happy I could keep that pace for that distance. Our long run pace is a 10 min/mile. Sun: 40 min recovery run Mon: rest
