I am getting ready to do 10 miles. The weather is nice, so it should be a good run. My friend created a route for me, so this will be a new route. After that I will be relaxing and impatiently waiting for the Pats game.

I’m up for 6. Was supposed to 18, but I’m resting my hip. Which, shockingly, is working. Ha! It’s been a little sore for a couple weeks, and it was incredibly sore earlier this week. I did extra stretching and yoga and it’s mostly better. Thank god! No idea what the rest of our day holds, likely chores around the house.
I’m going to the pool later. They are on a post season schedule so they don’t open until noon. Im going to try to fit it 4,000 yards. I’m a bit sore from yesterday so who knows.
I got third in my age group yesterday! Out of 5! 🤣🤣🤣I sedulous think I would have been much faster if were actually paying attention to where I was going!
