Friday: Off Saturday: 75 minute pre-race ride, walking around Costco (don't laugh. It was 5000+ steps!) Sunday: Cyclocross race. I got third (podium) in the Elite Women!
It’s been fall now for about 2.5 weeks here. It’s depressing! It’s been raining all day and it’s about 62 degrees. I just did two hiit workouts, one with H and one by myself.
After some glorious cooler temps earlier this week, we are back in the high 80's. Made for some bad running.
Friday- ice cream for dinner as a birthday treat from a friend Saturday- 8 miles cut down to 5 because of heat Sunday-5 miles cut down to 2 because of stomach issues I am still dealing with

Friday: 8 miles in my neighborhood, what a mess. 500ft of elevation. And as I was warming up I realized I hadn't eaten breakfast. Thank goodness I had some gels in my pocket.
Saturday: rest day! We went to Kings Dominion and the Nascar race
I was happy for the 80 degree weather because I didn’t do much working out. I fell down the stairs on Tuesday and I’m still pretty bruised so I took it easy. Hoping to be healed for my half in a few weeks.
Friday: 9 miles with hills, 60 min strength and conditioning, 2 mile run home from the gym Saturday: Easy 5 miles, core Sunday: Brittany Runs a Marathon + dinner date with running froends
