Effective October 1st guests will now need to meet their stroller rental company for delivery and pick-up of their stroller/crib/etc rentals. They will no longer be able to drop them off at Bell Services.
Do you know if you already have an existing reservation but will be there after 10/1, or is it effective no matter when you booked?
Thanks.
I reached out to Kingdom Strollers and they stated that those reservations that are booked prior to Oct. 1st will be grandfathered in but they were not sure how far past October 1st that grace period would go to. Disney has not told them.

I wonder if there is just too much stuff going through bell services these days - they are also charging a fee to receive packages now (not sure how long that has been going on).

This article says the are not holding groceries or ECVs either.

I guess we will be meeting them directly. It's a bummer, my mom needs the ECV to even navigate the resort as she can't walk far distances and it's not like the resort has them available, only the parks.
To their embedded facebook post they say they’ll still deliver to bell services and that Disney has an exclusive EVC contract that will also deliver to bell services.

I had raved about this service to my sister and they were super excited how easy it was going to be. They arrive on 10/7, so hopefully it will still work for them.
