Training schedule for the week? Sunday: CX race Monday: Yoga Tuesday: Road ride w/intervals Wed.: CX practie w/hot laps Thursday: Off, non bike stuff going on Friday: Off, rest Satuday: Road ride w/pre-race openers
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! It's so hot! We are 94-95 all wee and are setting records.

What are you training for? Date? Chicago Marathon 10/13
Training schedule for the week? Mon: Rest Tues: 6 miles Wed: 5 miles Thurs: 6 mile tempo run Fri: Rest Sat: either 4 miles or 10 miles Sun: either 4 or 10 (whatever I don't do Saturday)
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I'm tired. And an anxious mess. I'm not great at traveling for runs, though I've done it already 3 times this year, so I should be more of a pro at it. And, I've lived in Chicago, so I know the city. But my anxiety is through the roof for some reason today. I'm not even worried about the marathon, just travel logistics. Ugh.
Any AW's or brags? I ran 164 miles in September. WHAT?! How did I do that? My previous high month was August of 2016 and it was barely 100 miles!
Bonus: What are you eyeing up as your next H&F purchase? Chicago Marathon gear from the expo. I plan to buy ALL the things!

Training schedule for the week? M- 5miles T- rest/massage W- 3 miles w/ 2@ goal pace Tr- 4 miles F- bike S- rest s- RACE!
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! It's taper... I am a hot mess/giant ball of anxiety about everything on the inside while trying to play it cool on the outside
Any AW's or brags? I had an awesome massage yesterday.

What are you training for? Date? MCM 10k Oct 27, Richmond half marathon Nov 16
Training schedule for the week? Sunday - 5 miles easy Monday - yoga Tuesday - 6 tempo miles Wednesday - 4 miles easy Thursday - yoga Friday - 9 miles Saturday - rest
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! So almost none of my actual training plan happened because Friday night DS came down with a stomach bug, and of course shared it with us. I managed a few slow treadmill miles yesterday and today. My long run Friday is going to be interesting.
Also, a big wtf to the weather.
Any AW's or brags? I'm still alive? That's a feat after the stomach flu
Bonus: What are you eyeing up as your next H&F purchase? A few race registrations, turkey trot, a 5k in December, and a sprint tri (as part of a relay team) in June for sure
