Is it just me, or are allergies awful this year? Last night I did my long OWS group and after I got out of the water, I started sneezing and seriously, I've been sneezing about every 20 minutes ever since - although I can't vouch for while I was sleeping.
I've tried Zyrtec, Allegra, and regular Benadryl. Zyrtec and Benadryl make me feel drugged when I wake up in the morning and Allegra isn't lasting the full 24-hours its supposed to.
I'll be blunt, I am totally opposed to nasal sprays and the neti pot due to sensory issues with them.

I've been to an allergist in the past, but I haven't been since we moved here to CA. I know that's something I need to do, but I'm going more short-term at the moment, since testing and building immunity with shots can take months.
FWIW, it is most likely a severe grass allergy. (I've had it since I was a kid, but it kind of ebbs and flows, depending on where we've lived.)

I already get injections, take singulair and zyrtec daily, have had septom surgery, etc.! I did 3.67 miles last night in the wind, sneezing like mad before i gave up and went home Hopefully you can find something that works for you!

Ewww, manda. That truly sucks. I saw a thing on the news the other day that in order to get relief from this year's allergy season, we're going to need several days of triple digit temps in a row.
I'm not sure what I'm looking forward to less ... continued allergies or freaking hot weather.
Mine are terrible too, and I normally don't get them that bad. For the last week or so, I've been really queasy, and I think it is because the constant drip is upsetting my stomach.
