Teacup Dogs?

Hi all! Just wanted to know if anyone of you have experience with teacup dogs? Also wondering what you all think of having one... I was just talking to my sister the other day, and she sounded like she wants to either buy or adopt one. I told her I don't think it's a good idea (but if she really wants it, I think adopting would be better). What do you guys think?
