random question for our resident Canadian: how does this work with your leave? I know you just returned to work fairly recently; do you have to be back for a certain amount of time before you can utilize that benefit again? I imagine its not uncommon for moms to come back already pregnant with #2!

Yep! You have to accrue I believe 600 hours of work, which works out to be about 4 months of work for me before I am qualified for the full leave again. Ill probably take the full 18 months + use up accrued vacation (which ends up being close to 19 months) before I go back.

It is extremely common for woman to go back to work pregnant since the leave is so long lol.

E certainly figured out fast how to take advantage of using the potty to stall before bedtime. PEE! PEE! I limit her to two trips because otherwise I'd go batty. She's forcing the pee out the second time anyway.

A used to do this too. We kept her in pull ups at night so after 2 trips I sent her to bed.
