Reminder: Read "The Witch Elm" by Tana French

Just a quick reminder to try to read The Witch Elm by Tana French in time for the next book club discussion on Wednesday 10/30.

I'm reading it now and I'm only on chapter 2 because chapter 2 is SIXTY PAGES LONG! AUGHHHH!!!!

Overly long chapters are a huge pet peeve of mine. I am enjoying it so far though.

Yes! I'm struggling with this too! And there aren't even breaks very often where you can stop. So if you don't have 90 minutes to read, don't pick up the book!

I almost put it down after the first chapter because it was all over the place, but it's become a little more coherent.

Slightly off topic but Starz just started a series of the other Tana French novels, Dublin Murders. Has anyone watched? I really want to check it out but may wait until I can catch up on that and Outlander at the same time.

I really want to see it! I don’t quite see how they are combining those two books into a series.
