What are you training for? Date? MCM 10k Oct 27, Richmond half marathon Nov 16
Training schedule for the week? Sunday - rest Monday - 4 easy miles Tuesday - 6 miles tempo Wednesday - 4 easy miles again Thursday - yoga Friday - 10 miles Saturday - rest
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I can really tell that I've stopped lifting weights, my running feels a little sloppy. I should really make some time for that again.
Any AW's or brags? In spite of my sloppy feeling running, I've been nailing all of the runs in my training plan. Right now it's all fingers crossed and knock on wood that things stay that way!
Bonus: Halloween addition. Do you ever run in a costume? If so what was it and how did it go? The most interesting thing I've run in is a tutu and cute socks, so not really.
What are you training for? Date? Cyclocross, ongoing through December
Training schedule for the week? Sunday: Cyclocross race Monday: 2 hour recovery ride Tuesday: 60 minute trainer ride w/intervals Wed.: CX Practice Thursday: Recovery ride Friday: Off Sat.: Possible gravel ride TBD if it rains
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! The next two weeks look rainy and icky! Great.....and work has me slammed for the next 2 weeks. I'll probably miss several days of training. This has been a tough cyclocross season.

Bonus: Halloween addition. Do you ever run in a costume? If so what was it and how did it go? I don't wear a costume at the race closest to Halloween but some people do.

What are you training for? Date? Fall 50 Relay 10/26, Beer Run 5k 11/2
Training schedule for the week? M- Strength class T- 4 miles W- 4-6 miles Th- Strength class F- rest S-10-12 miles S-rest
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! Trying to keep my eating in check now that I'm not training. It's difficult when I want to eat all the Halloween treats.
Any AW's or brags? Nope
Bonus: Halloween addition. Do you ever run in a costume? If so what was it and how did it go? I always see people at races in full on costume and it boggles my mind. The most I do is a tutu on halloween and last year I ran with my dog in costume.
What are you training for? Date? My own personal half marathon on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. That’s a really important day to me and I’m excited to run a half to commemorate it.
Training schedule for the week? M: AM yoga, PM 4 miles T: AM lift and 3 miles W: PM yoga Th: 3 miles F: AM 3 miles Sa: 5 miles
It’s a little wonky and off because I had a customer visit and then I’m going to concerts on Friday and Saturday nights.
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! Since this is not a sanctioned, public race-race, I’m trying to get in a training headspace.
Any AW's or brags? My company is officially a qualified Boeing supplier for primary structures. (Thus the extended customer visit)
