We saved a couple hundred dollars through Undercover Tourist, plus we got an extra day (paid for 4-day hoppers and got 5-day hoppers). We were able to easily link to our MDE account with a confirmation code. We've gone a number of times and always bought through Disney, but checked out UT and bought through them because they are reputable.
For WDW: We bought them from Undercover Tourist, too. We saved about $120 compared to the price listed on the Disney website. We also have AAA but the discount was greater with UT. I was disappointed with UT though because the tickets we bought expired about a month after our trip, which obviously was fine, but I didn't like having that close of a expiration date and that wasn't clearly communicated when I bought them (or maybe it was and I missed it).

Did you just go? I think that’s just the way the tickets work now period since the price can vary based on the day. We were there 10/9-10/16 and our tickets couldn’t be used before 10/9 and expired 10/31 (we also bought through undercover tourist).

We went in February 2019.
Did you get physical tickets or etickets? That was right around the time all their hard copy tickets were expiring. I ordered tickets to be mailed to me and then realized they would expire before my trip (May 2019). I was able to call before Undercover Tourist shipped my order and they were able to cancel my original order and allowed me to purchase etickets with a longer expiration date. I was very happy with their customer service.
We have used Undercover Tourist at least twice and will most likely use them again for a trip next year.

I'm finding better prices on Boardwalk Ticketing than Undercover Tourist for our Feb dates so definitely check them out as well. We've used them multiple times with no issues.

Regarding Undercover Tourist tickets... I think we didn't buy them in the past because I wasn't sure we could link physical tickets to MDE. But when we bought tickets for our April 2020 trip through UT about a month ago, we received a confirmation code and could link them right away in MDE.
countthestars, I've never heard of Boardwalk Ticketing, but I'll have to keep that in mind for next time!
