This makes me sad for the people who unwittingly missed out and for you for the lack of leftovers. We made a different one this year that was very good, but I missed *my* stuffing. MIL has most of the stuff to make it and said she would make it for me. I might let her. Lol
I’ve been debating making a small batch for myself. But I also said I’d go over my friends house who hosted tomorrow so I might just take it then! She doesn’t eat stuffing so it prob won’t get eaten anyways 😭😭😭 Stuffing is like my favorite food ha.
You really should. MIL did end up making a batch of it for me today and I am about to go have a bowl of it with gravy. lol I love that stuff.
lemoncupcake I've had that same cranberry tart pinned for ages too, and I might have to try to make it this year.
Update: I made it and it was really good, and a big hit with the family. I might use a smidge less sugar in the curd next time so you get more of the tartness of the cranberries.

Once again I was too lazy to try it! Maybe I just need to make it on a non-holiday weekend.
Then I took off the top quarter and made a well. I scored the loaf all around the well to make it easy to pull pieces of bread off (like spokes on a wheel). I brushed the whole thing with honey butter and plopped a wheel of brie in the well (I recommend removing most of the rind.). Baked at 350 for about 30 minutes. I toasted the bread top as well and cut it into pieces for dipping. Then guests could pull off pieces of bread and dip into the brie. It was divine.
It would be just as good with a store-bought loaf! I just really like baking bread.
