I got voluntold to make pinwheel sandwiches for my friend’s baby shower. I’m not sure what in the heck they are, except for a fast Pinterest search which provided me a zillion kinds. I’m too lazy to decide, so do any of you have a recipe you’ve used that’s gotten rave reviews?
I make wraps that could be used cut to pinwheels. I do one that is Herbed goat cheese (add olive oil to make it spreadable on the wrap part) roasted turkey deli meat, Spinach, and sundried tomatoes or fresh tomatoes. or instead of tomatoes I'll use sliced red/orange/yellow pepper. Something to give it color.
I only recently heard of them. I was trying to buy a quick bite at publix and they had them. I thought it seemed weird. Why not just let me have a whole wrap.

I haven't made those, but have had them at parties. I like the ones with cucumber, turkey, and dill mix (cream cheese, fresh dill, and some salt or onion/celery salt) then wrapped in a tortilla.
You can ge them at Costco sams club too maybe but I’m not sure about them
I don't have a Costco, but do have Sam's. They're $30 for 40 wraps...so logically I think I can make them for less, but the laziness in me is really wondering if it's worth the hassle!
lol….we're a real rowdy bunch over here these days!
So Sam's deal is "20 buffalo chicken spread pinwheels and 20 sun-dried tomato turkey lavish pinwheels". I'm leaning more towards lazy but does this sounds good?
I always take the lazy route. I'm supposed to bring a dish to share for a work potluck tomorrow. I am totally going through the Dunkin' drive through on my way in to the office to contribute breakfast to the effort.
Yes, sliced wraps with meat and they usually have cream cheese. They sell party trays of them at Kroger (at least in Michigan) if you want to take the easy route.
