Good Morning!

I just got back from spin class and I am about to go out for a quick, 2 mile run. 

Later I am watching the Pats with a friend. 
  
What are you up to?

I’m up and just finished 5 miles and some strength training. It’s rainy and blah here today so likely just hanging around the house this afternoon.

It is rainy and blah here as well. That's why I only planned two miles    Nice job on the 5!

Did a yoga class this morning then 4 miles on the treadmill.

It was the first cold rainy Fall morning here and I couldn’t bring myself to go outside for a run

I did the MCM 10k this morning, it actually wasn't raining too bad while I was running, but it poured right after I finished. I really felt for all of the people behind me, the marathon, and the ultra runners!

I was up early for a cyclocross race. I did two races (divisions), and they were pretty muddy. I'm about to give the bike a bath.
