Thanks! You may remember the shower tile was a last-minute fill-in when the wall tile arrived and looked horrible...we had to pick a new wall tile and then subsequently I changed out the shower floor tile as well.  I'm happy with our choices in the end, and hopefully it will be easier to maintain than the all-marble wall tile I had originally planned on having!

This is in the addition we built on our house, so the "before" pic would be the crappy garage we knocked down to build it!

We just "moved in" to the bedroom this weekend so we haven't used the bathroom too much, but I like it so far.  I wish the cabinet opened the other way, or at least that the door opened a full 180 degrees, but it's still workable.  They inset it into the dividing wall and also put an outlet in the side for electric toothbrushes, which is my dream.  :-)  It's from Wayfair -- there were a ton of different sizes but I think this one is good for us.  I think much bigger and the door will be unwieldy.  I think they had to offset it a little so it would clear the sconce on that side as well. My stupid work computer won't let me cut and paste, but it's the Cumberland recessed cabinet by "WG Wood Products" and the size is 15.5" wide x 35.5" tall recessed cabinet.  It's $274 right now, and usually I can dig up 10% off at Wayfair.

Yes!  I was thinking of this one printed on metal, but I'm starting to have second thoughts.  Any input?  I wanted something that was a splash of color, but now I'm worried it might be too bright...although that may just be the difference between the lighting in the bathroom pic (which was taken on a rainy day) and the art photo.

Hmm it’s pretty, it feels like you need something with earthier tones to me. A sculptural piece would be cool too. Can you try a few things from places like home goods so you can try them in the space?

I love the medicine cabinet but is it strange that the handle is on the left? I assume that the door opens towards the mirror?

I love metal prints. I just had two done at Costco but not for our bathroom. I like the cloud, but I agree you could find something else that ties the earth tones in better. Maybe something with a beach or dunes? I don't know if you have a Costco membership but their photo website also offers a lot of stock options.

The door actually opens the other way...not sure why they did that.  Maybe they were worried I wouldn't be able to open it enough with the sconce?  I looked to see if I could reverse it and I think it's not possible given where they put the outlet.  Maybe that's why -- so they could have the outlet on the left side where the hinge would have been?

It just looked a bit confusing. But at least it opens the correct way, otherwise you wouldn't have great access to the cabinet . I love your new bathroom, it looks so serene.

No, I mean it opens the way the handle indicates -- it swings out to the right.  :-D  It is a little awkward.  But I think they might have had to do it that way either because of the sconce or the outlet.  I'll ask the contractor as part of the punch list if it's reversible!
