Running: 100.5 miles. I'm pretty proud of myself for getting to 100 miles in the same month as a marathon! Strength: 2x. Oops, I majorly slacked on this.
Running: 96.35 miles. It should be more, but I haven't run since Sunday because I'm having some trouble with peroneal tendonitis and I'm need it to be healed before my half on 11/16
It's been a really busy month, besides running those miles. I've been out of town a few weekends including a girl scout camping trip. Add on Halloween planning, PTA, and a really busy work month including one big project and I'm super impressed I was able to balance that all without going too insane.
