Ours was not good. I haven't run in a week (since the MCM 10k) because my ankle is hurting. I was thinking about giving it a try this morning, but DH has been having trouble with his heart rate going out of control and it beating very erratically. So we spent the morning in the ER. He's fine, but on a lot of meds. So I guess I'll try again tomorrow.

Killed my 5 mile trail race. Then ended up being very sick and having a terrible headache for the rest of the day. I still have a headache.
