Friday: 6.2 mile run Saturday: rest day Sunday: 3.1 mile run. I was also supposed to do some too, but it didn't happen, so I'll try to squeeze it in today.

Friday: I was the only one that showed up to my conditioning/bootcamp class, so the trainer put me through a bunch of strength exercises. Saturday: 60 min spin class Sunday: 50 minute spin class - I usually run outside on Sundays, but wasn't ready to commit to below 20 degree weather just yet
Fri - Orangetheory Sat - 9 miles Sun - rest (I wanted to do a few miles yesterday but my quad soreness decided to make an appearance again so I honored the rest day).
