At Tuesdays WI I lost 1.4 lbs for a total weight loss of 76 lbs. I have been on WW for a year. I am so excited I reached this milestone.
I have decided to sign up for a 10K in April. I found a training plan on line that runs 8 weeks. It starts with a novice plan and then and intermediate plan. That should work I guess. Trying to learn as I go. Any advice would be great.
There are tons of training plans available online. Hal Higdon is frequently recommended and has a lot of different levels to choose from. I usually try to build in an extra week or so to the training cycle to account for sickness or just life getting too busy, and then you can repeat a week if necessary.
