What are you training for? Date? Off season/ Turkey Trot 11/28
Training schedule for the week? M- Strength T- 4 miles W- rest Th- 10K Turkey Trot F- 4-6 miles S- 6-8 miles S- 4-6 miles, maybe get my ass in the pool
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I'm waffling on what I want to do for spring next year. Maybe a 70.3?
Any AW's or brags? Nope
Bonus - What are you up to on Thanksgiving? Turkey Trot in the morning & then to my parents house for dinner.
What are you training for? Date? My own personal half marathon, this Saturday!
Training schedule for the week? M: power flow, 5 miles (didn't get run in - uncle came into town unexpectedly so I had dinner with him instead) T: 6 miles W: 5 miles Th: 10K turkey trot F: rest Sa: 13.1 miles
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I'm anxious about Thanksgiving *shrug*
What are you training for? Date? One last cyclocross race, then the off season
Training schedule for the week? Sunday: 27 mile gravel ride Monday: Off Tuesday: 60 minute trainer ride Wed.: Off Thursday: 27-30 mile gravel ride Friday/Sat.: TBD Road Ride or mountain bike ride Sunday: Off or trainer ride (supposed to rain)

Any AW's or brags? I am ready for cyclocross season to be over even though I'll be sad to see it end. I'm ready for the off season.
Bonus - What are you up to on Thanksgiving? A gravel ride and probably not much else. I am cooking dinner at home. Friendsgiving is on Saturday, so I'm looking forward to that!

Training schedule for the week? Mon: Rest Tue: 4 miles Wed: a bunch of walking Thur: Turkey Trot Fri: Black Friday shopping/walking around the mall Sat: rest Sun: Santa Run 5k
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! Nah
Any AW's or brags? I’m really digging 5k training. It’s so nice to have so many short runs on my schedule.
Bonus - What are you up to on Thanksgiving? We are going out of town but spending Thanksgiving just the 2 of us. We’ll run our Turkey Trot, go to the casino (and eat at the buffet), do some Black Friday shopping. I’m looking forward to it being just the 2 of us doing what we want on our own schedule.

Nothing! I’m just trying to stay in shape. I’ll do some low-key races over the winter.

What are you training for? Date? Nothing! Omg it's so weird. Yoga teacher training starts in March though, so I am very much looking forward to that
Training schedule for the week? Monday - weights Tuesday - yoga Wednesday - weights Thursday - nothing Friday - I'd like to try and get a run in, but we'll see Saturday - maybe a run if I don't get to it Friday Sunday - yoga
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I am doing a terrible job of being healthy now that I don't have anything on the horizon for a while.
Any AW's or brags? I crushed my half on the 16th, and didn't even manage to get hurt.
Bonus - What are you up to on Thanksgiving? My parents live just over an hour from us, we will go down there Thursday morning and stay until Sunday morning, my brother's family will be there from out of town too.
