I’m doing a 10-mile “Turkey Burnoff” race this morning.

I have a road bike ride with intervals planned, probably 2 hours on the rail trail. (I go out to where traffic is very thin to do the intervals). Friendsgiving is tonight!I have to cook 2 veggie dishes after my ride.

H and I had signed up for a race today but it got cancelled a couple weeks back due to low sign out. Got to be honest, I wasn’t horribly disappointed

I’m up and ran a quick 3.2 miles. I’m supposed to race tomorrow, but they are calling for 34* and freezing rain tomorrow, so I may skip it.

Now, I’m settled in on the couch watching the best college football game of the year. Go Buckeyes!
