Thursday: 60 min cycle class Friday: 3.5 mile run (slow going...its officially winter conditions out there now) Saturday: 60 min cycle class Sunday: 50 min cycle class
Th: 10K race - only 1 minute off my PR, which is kind of wild. F: rest Sa: unexpected rest - the weather was garbage Su: 13.1 miles. Not even close to a PR but I had fun!
Thurs: 4 miles easy with .5 miles of hills in between (woo! my gym was open so I did 2 miles outside, hopped on the treadmill for hills and then back outside for another 2 miles. Not sure if going from cold to warm to cold is good for you, but I cannot bring myself to run more than 5 minutes on the treadmill so...) Fri: 9 miles (Sat weather was such crap that I got my long run out of the way on Fri) Sat: 4.5 miles easy
Not too bad. Starting to get back into a running plan. Feeling good about it.

Thurs: 5k Turkey Trot with a 2 minute PR Fri: 5 miles walking the mall during Black Friday shopping Sat: 3.2 miles Sun: 5 miles on the treadmill instead of my Santa Run 5k due to crappy weather
