My father has recently picked up biking. Can someone recommend a decent bike computer for a recreational biker? He’s doing it mainly for fitness and is probably doing 15-20 miles on roads and paved trails but he’s not going to be racing or anything. Are there any other accessories you would recommend? One of my brothers is getting him a phone holder.
A helmet is the best accessory he can buy! I'd recommend going to your local bike shop with your dad, so that he can try it on. The bike shop will help find the right size and adjust it. Padded shorts and gloves are also really useful.

He’s got the helmet, but thanks!. Do you have glove reccs?

No because a man's hand is going to be a lot bigger than mine. Gloves are sort of like socks--what works for one person doesn't work for another. I'd find out what size he is and maybe go to REI or the local bike shop and ask for recommendations. Also, if he's riding in hot weather he may want short finger gloves. Long finger gloves are good to about 50 degrees. Below that he'll want winter gloves.
