I am excited that this will be open for Spring Break!

I'm excited. I always thought the movie ride was lame. But it was lame to me as an adult, and too scary for my kids who are easily scared. So it didn't fit any of our wants lol.

It opens three days after we leave! I’m bummed, my kids would love it. Guess we have to go back.

Yes, totally lame. And both my kids lost their shit on that ride despite me saying "Oh, it's not scary lol" (memory can be a fickle thing sometimes).

I loved the Great Move Ride. It was always the first ride we went on at MGM/Hollywood Studios.

But, I also miss the backlot tours too.

I am excited for the new ride though.

I'll be there that week it opens! Trying to figure out the best way to get a ride in without waiting forever. I'm curious to see how they'll handle fastpasses for it. They weren't available yet when I booked mine on Sunday.

Did you book through the Club Level program?

I did. They said I could call back if FPs become available for it and they should be able to work it out for me. Fingers crossed!

Good luck! We are debating doing this next trip. Did you need to call day on your booking day to give them your list or can you give them the info ahead of time?

I did have to call. The earliest you can do it is 90 days from your check OUT date, but since it's still further out than the 60 days others get its not necessary to do it exactly on that 90th day. But I did anyway.

It was so, so easy. You just tell them what you want and they get it for you! Instantly! Magical indeed. We just did the 3 days that is the minimum, and they book your reg fast passes for you that day too so you are booking 6 fastpasses per day at 90 days out.
