Training schedule for the week? 3 today, 4 tomorrow, 3 Thursday, 8 Saturday
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I am doing Boston on a waiver (fingers crossed! The waiver hasn't come through yet) so my registration fee is way more than the fee for qualifiers.. I am just trying to save every penny I can so I can pay for the registration fee without charging it! So not really an issue/vent or complaint, but I don't have much extra cash these days.. it has been hard to save the $$. I will get it done though.

Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I’m in a mental health/overloaded at work/overloaded at home rut. I’m not really training at all. I dk what’s wrong with me. I can’t get up in the am to run. Too busy to run with my group at night. I just need to get through December and I’ll be in a better place. Ironically, this is when I need runs the most and I’m usually protective of my workout time but, not right now.
Any AW's or brags? I did 8 miles? I’m 3 months post op and can run 8 miles.

What are you training for and/or goal you're working towards? Date? Rock N Roll DC half 3/28 Goal in the meantime: stay healthy, work on speed
Training schedule for the week? Mon: Rest Tues: 3.3 miles (was supposed to be 6.5 miles of intervals) Wed: rest Thurs: 5 easy miles Fri: 6 easy miles Sat: rest/family fun Sun: 6.5 miles of intervals
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I over did things this past weekend, and my left hamstring is unhappy. I cut yesterdays workout short because, while not painful, I was feeling it and didn't want to make things worse.
Any AW's or brags? I killed my speed workout this past Saturday. It likely led to the above complaint, but man, it felt good at the time!

Training schedule for the week? Mon - 5 mi, Tues - 8 mi, Wed - 5 mi, Thur - swim, Fri - 7 mi, Sat - Rest, Sun - 9-10 miles trail
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! Nothing too much going on. I've been eating too many Christmas cookies. I had a minor crisis on Monday when I thought that they didn't get my finish line photo from the JFK 50 miler. Thankfully they found it!
What are you training for and/or goal you're working towards? Date? - Nothing with a specific date. Working on strength, base building, and form during the offseason.
Training schedule for the week? Mon: 40' easy run and strength Tues: 2200 swim Wed: 1:15 Zwift ride and strength Thurs: Swim session with my coach Fri: 45' run with hill repeats and strength Sat: 1' Zwift ride Sun: Rest, and begin the holiday travel madness.
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! - I have a new doctor who I am very happy with, but I feel like I've been totally blown off the last couple of years, and it's showing up now in some of my health markers. I'm completely frustrated because I feel like if someone had taken me seriously a couple years ago, I'd be in a different/better place. Also, I have to get an EMG, which is a horrible test. :-(
Any AW's or brags? - My coach said my form and metrics are coming along really nicely, so that makes me happy!
