What are you training for and/or goal you're working towards? Date? IM Madison 70.3 6/14
Training schedule for the week? M- Strength Class T- Run 4-6 W- Swim Th lift/spin F- Run 4-6 or rest S- 8-10 / trainer ride? S- swim/trainer ride?
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I've been battling a cold/virus for the past week which totally derailed my training for the week.
Any AW's or brags? I finally pulled the trigger on the half and I'm really excited after my initial moment of panic. In the last week I've joined my local tri group, signed up for a swim class and bought a bike trainer (should be here tomorrow!)

Training schedule for the week? Sunday: 40 mile road ride Monday: Not feeling well Tuesday: 60 minute tempo trainer ride Wed.: 60 minute trainer ride Thursday: Recovery trainer ride Friday: Off Sat./Sunday: Riding TBD. The weather isn't looking good right now.
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I hope there is some good weather over the holidays! This time of year is challenging-a lot of rain.
