I went out for 8 miles yesterday, but my legs and feet did not cooperate. I limped home after a mile.

Today I will try again.

I’m out of town this weekend. Rest day today, other than walking around.

Going to a kettle bell/cardio class.

Good thing class pass charges you a fee if you cancel cause I’d much rather stay in bed and then go to brunch!

We are expecting about 3" of rain the next 36 hours, so I'll be on the trainer today. My cyclocross race bike needs to go to the shop for a new chainring.

We're making gingerbread houses from scratch today. Or rather, working on it. Dough yesterday, baking today. Construction could start today or tomorrow. It'll either be great or a flop. But I am tired of buying kits and wanted to be different this year. I haven't made one since I was a kid.

We did family photos this morning, now puttering around the house but I need to get out for ~4 miles later

This time of year in GA makes me depressed. There was one Jan.-Feb. we had 45 days of cloudy skies. Not one peek of sun. Dec.-March is our really rainy season. I am still trying to figure out a way to win the lottery and winter in Arizona.

I’m up. I’ve been up since sometime yesterday. H and I are in Amsterdam on vacation. So, I got my steps in strolling along the lovely canal our hotel is on. I brought running clothes, but LOL for days that I’m going to be running anytime this week. If nothing else, they’ll be my clean clothes that I wear home next weekend.
