Friday: HIIt workout Saturday: off Sunday: I’m trying to slowly get back into running outside. I broke my ankle almost five years ago and it’s still shitty and I need surgery at some point. BUT, I can still run indoors and I survived a short run outside today with minimal pain and a short run last Thursday. I won’t be doing a marathon anytime soon. But I’m going to try to go outside once or twice a week for a short distance.

Friday: 4 miles on the treadmill Saturday: A lovely 6.5 out on trails, partially with the dogs Sunday: 6 miles snowshoeing up a very steep and snowy valley to look for our lost GPS. For those wondering, we did not find it. H is planning on going back next weekend with a metal detector. We know it's still there, it's just buried in snow.
May I join? Sat: rest day Sun: skiing - in good news my ski workout payed off, my legs feel great. In bad news I forgot to account for the 4yo pick up factor and my shoulders hurt.
I am feeling really bad. Just a head cold but I hate running when I feel bad. I was going to power through yesterday and then I get to the gym and I forgot to pack my running shoes. Crude.
