Crafting for Australia - Animal Rescue in need of Items

Rescue Craft Co of NSW is in need of the following items to help in the rescue and recovery of injured animals from the extensive bush fires in Australia. Here is a list of what is needed:

ITEMS NEEDED:

-hanging bags (all types)

-bat wraps (made from cotton flannelette)

-crochet birds nests (natural fibres preferred)

-Joey pouches (inner lining MUST be natural, cotton flannelette preferred)

-small blankets, not knitted or crochet, sewed natural fabrics only

They do not need an koala mittens.  

If you are so inclined to assist by making some of these items, you can join the Rescue Craft Co Facebook group. I can also post patterns to these items and the addresses to send the items.
