It's been quiet around here, so I'm just saying hi. I'm excited because I may have found an occasional running partner. We had a playdate this morning and it sounds like I might be able to get the mom to run with me since we're both a bit slow. She's trying to get out of a running slump and I need to run more for spring races.
I'm not working out today though, because I did a CrossFit competition yesterday at my gym. That was super fun. I had talked a friend into being my partner for the competition, and despite his moaning and groaning about it, we had fun and actually got 1st place. But I'm a little sore today from all of the lifting.

I did some more Ring Fit Adventure. It's a great workout! My legs were sore from doing squats yesterday, so I did mostly arms and cardio today. I was definitely sweating!
Today was a rest day for me so all I’ve done is take a mile-ish walk to try to break the soreness in my legs. I tried to sleep in, but was up at normal time anyway.
Watching FB now, and hoping The Pack shows up to win today!
I ran 13.1 trail miles with friends. Came home and drank my fancy coffee in the bubble bath, meal prepped, took the kids swimming, went to the store, got the car washed, bathed kids, packed breakfast and lunches.
