Friday- Rest Saturday- 10.25 mile run Sunday- 2.45 mile walk
I got a new mattress set delivered at 7:10am this morning and have been putting everything back where it belongs. I had to clean out my bedroom for the delivery, so my living room had both my living room and bedroom in it.
Fri - yoga and 11.4 mi bike, including 4+ miles for transportation Sat - 4 mi run, 1.7 mi walk for transportation Sun - yoga and 4 mi run on family bike ride/run
It’s always a win when I run or bike further than I drive!
I wanted to do more yoga this year and I have been, almost every day so far. I am starting to feel little subtle differences. Some of it is silly stuff, like it’s easier to balance putting pants on or reaching a high shelf, but overall it’s not too tough and I’d say a net positive so far. I am also trying to eat more plants and less sugar/treats, and I’m doing a bit better with both of those so far, too.

Fri: Rest Sat: 10 mile hilly run OUTSIDE in shorts and tank Sun: 5 mile run + 3 mile walk, and strength
Goals: Well, eventually the hills should help a little with me getting stronger/faster. Also, I really enjoyed my 10 mile run and one of my goals is to continue to enjoy running. So, a win on all counts!
Fri: I hate getting up before 5am, but I didn't want to miss a workout so I did 5:30am cycle class Sat: 4.25 miles on the treadmill, walked a mile during my son's indoor soccer practice Sun: 60 min cycle class
Goals: Breaking some lazy eating habits mostly. Workout wise I like the routine I have, so getting faster/stronger on the bike. Maintaining running paces. The eating piece is definitely the hardest.
Friday: off Saturday: hiit class Sunday: my gym has an open gym in the afternoon and you can use their equipment. I did my own hiit workout. It was hard when no one was telling me what to do! That’s why I love the classes so much. It’s a good option when we can’t make it on the morning for whatever reason.
My goal this week is to meet my friend for a swim workout. I can’t remember the last time we did a workout together.
I took DS (7m) out in the BOB for the first time on Sat. 3.3 mile run/walk.
He was totally chill for the whole 50 mins, which was an unqualified success after DD's stroller noncooperation. Once spring comes and it's light enough and warm enough after work to go out, I'm hoping that BOB runs after work will give me a way to workout on weekdays.

Friday: Rest Saturday: OTF class Sunday: 4 miles on a more hilly route. I do Galloway run/walk intervals and bumped myself to 4/1 from 3/1 to try it out. Felt decent.
As far as 2020 goals...maybe I'm on track? I'm aiming to PR my half marathon time by 14 minutes. Based on my half in November, I think it'll be doable, but I haven't started officially training yet. Just getting back into a groove/base right now aftergiving myself permission the last few weeks to only run if I felt like it.
