mrshandy and I forget who else is doing this one or has done it before...what's the food situation for after?
I'm always starving after a race and theres not a lot of options around there, right? They don't say anything about like food trucks or anything else with food for purchase at the "festival". Just beer and pizza.

I'll be there! And as I recall from years past, there's nothing in the immediate area, food-wise. The race has some "food": slices of pizza, bananas, chips, etc. And beer. I don't recall food trucks, but by the end of a race, i'm usually in "get out, get home, get a shower" mode.
There are usually a few food trucks from what I remember (pizza I think). Not a great food situation. But if you're hungry you can find something. There are a decent amount of snacks handed out to finishers (chips, protein bars, bananas) but nothing too substantial. I don't think I've ever eaten food from the food trucks and I usually stay for an hour or so afterwards. I'll eat all the snacks that we get.
The closest places (and none of them are especially close) will be the hill cafe, 7-11, and the pretzel bakery (which has breakfast sliders and calzones and hotdogs, but pretty limited menu). it's one of my biggest gripes about living over here. They need to tear that freaking stadium down and do some mixed use development or something instead of just letting it rot where it sits.
