I’m not sure if I’m working out today. I may rest today and do a 7-8 mile run tomorrow. I’m currently not training for anything until next week and it feels weird to not have a plan!
Just got back from an overall fail of a pool session. It was stupid crowded for my workout (like 5 strangers per lane. I gave up after 1000) and then Shorti was an utter pill for her lesson.
