Who's probably been up for hours- Sunday

since this isn't getting started till after 1030 eastern.

I ran 5 miles with my new MRTT buddy, but she wasnt feeling well and threw up halfway in. I'm equally mom style aghast and impressed that she showed up at all.

I ran 5 miles this morning. It was technically a race, but I ran it as an supported recovery run after my long run yesterday.

I took a 1.25 mile walk to loosen up my muscles and back.

I was wondering why there were so few Mystics! It was good, great day for it, but attendance was definitely lower than prior years.

I did a 20 mile sloth speed mountain bike ride, went to the chiropractor, and rinsed off the mtb.

Got out for a fun 10.5 miles on one of my favorite trail loops with H. Great day!
