I feel you. So much.
I'm at work so can't remember exact names for things but can give you the general gist:
Night:
Snail slime (Cosrx, I think) mixed with three drops of oil booster from Paula's Choice, allow that to settle in and then I use moisturiser to keep it all in (can't remember exact one and it can change depending on skin/season). I will sometimes use an active or two, but nothing too much, as my skin can't handle retinoids or retinols.
Morning:
I use a first essence, followed by Paula's Choice toner (for dry skin) and then a variety of moisturisers (again, depending on season). Right now I'm using Simple brand stuff and that seems to be working for me. On very dry days, I put a few drops of PC oil booster in my toner to help out.
