January was decent: 150.06 mi (mostly gym) bike (but includes 3 trips on my real bike for "transportation" - instead of my car - totaling of 10.94 mi) 33 mi run weights - 32 exercises x2 yoga - 27 times (minimum 15 minutes, I did Yoga with Adriene's 30 day HOME series and doubled up a few of the days)
I did something physical, even if "just" yoga, on 31/31 days.
Run - 70.26 miles Bike - 94.12 miles Swim - 9875 yds
My bike mileage is way off- it's probably double that. I haven't figured out how to accurately track on the trainer.
Do you use a bike computer on the trainer, a smart trainer, or a Garmin/Wahoo on the trainer?
I have a kickr snap and right now am using my garmin watch on the indoor cycle setting that pairs with the cadence monitor I have on my bike. This has been the easiest so far to get the work outs set up and base things off time. Hopefully getting Zwift figured out on my Ipad- I tried on my phone and while I liked it, the screen was just too small to be a sustainable solution. I'm new to the trainer game so if you have tips I'll take them
hurricanedrunk Zwift is one thing I don't do. I get motion sick when watching it (don't laugh! I can't play a lot of video games, either). To measure distance I use a Garmin speed sensor. Will a speed sensor pair with your watch? That's the easiest and cheapest solution.
My set up is KICKR SNAP, ancient 9 speed road bike, and a Garmin 520 cycling computer w/speed sensor capturing everything. I will also occasionally use my Garmin 530, but I have several indoor profiles on the 520 for different workouts and am generally too lazy to set them up on the 530 when the 520 works great indoors.
Run - 71 miles Swim - 22,575 yards Bike - 7hrs 30 min indoor Yoga - I think I went 4 times! It's nice I'm going to try to keep it up at least once a week.
I'm doing this coloring sheet with the whole year and color code each day with the different workouts (i.e. swim/bike, run+strength). It makes me happy to see all of the different colors. LOL.

Thanks sadlebred, I will take a look at a speed sensor, that's a great idea if I can't go the Zwift route. I'm pretty sure it will pair with my watch if I stick to the garmin route. Sorry that you get motion sickness! It seems to me with the cyclist I've talked to they either love or hate zwift.
mrshandy, the coloring sheet sounds awesome! I hope you will share at the end of the year how it turns out!
January was awesome. Getting truly into the groove of this new year new routine.
Total miles 103 between swim, bike, run.
Too lazy to do the math on which was which.
Thing I'm happiest with is committing to group runs at ungodly hours and making a new running friend who I LOVE. It's so motivating when I know she's waiting on me. No more snooze!
mrshandy - That sheet sounds cool! Where did you find it? Do you mind sharing?
Let me see if this works. Someone posted in my MRTT page, I'm not sure where the original is from. I can e-mail it to anyone if it doesn't work. You'll need to add a day for February 29.
