Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! I've been struggling with swimming anxiety and just an overall negative feeling about getting in the water. It's time trial/assessment week for training and I've been dragging in general.
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! I went axe throwing last weekend and was much better at it than I thought I would be.

Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! I've been really, really tired lately (crushing/debilitating fatigue). I'm working through a few tings with my PCP. I decided to take a few complete days off from riding to let my body recover. I wish I could say recharge, but life is busy and stressful right now.

Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! Work is going to be really busy and stressful for the next few weeks. I feel like all I do is work, eat, sleep, and do my workouts.
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! Not much going on really. I had a nice time at my friend's wedding over the weekend and looked pretty good in my dress. I did Rent the Runway and it was long. I never wear long dresses. My heels just about killed me, but I was so tall in them. I'll delete the picture later.

What are you training for and/or goal you're working towards? Date? RNR DC Half 3/28 Pittsburgh Half 5/3
What’s your schedule for the week? Monday: crosstrain Tuesday: 6 miles Wednesday: 5 miles Thursday: crosstrain Friday: off Saturday: 13 miles Sunday: 5 miles
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! I have to go see my grandparents this weekend. They live about 3 hours away. It sounds like my 95 yo grandma is not doing so well. I'm meeting my mom there and staying over night, then Sunday we'll do a little shopping before heading home. Which means it's unlikely I'll fit my 13 miles in. I also have a busy month at work, and now I'm worried about my grandma and the extra time I'll want/need to spend with her. I'm not actually complaining about my running taking a backseat, and I'm happy to be able to spend as much time with my grandparents as I do. It's just stressful overall.
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! I ran 10 miles with intervals last weekend and I hit all my intervals. I was so anxious about that run, and now that I've done it, I'm so proud of myself for how far I've come.
