Friday: Off Saturday: 75 minute trainer ride (rained/snowed) Sunday: 2 hour 15 minute road ride (had a team meeting and had to do a shorter ride than normal)
You know when you have that run/ride/swim/whatever where the stars align and it's just effortless? Yeah, I had one of those days on Saturday. 10 mile run. Didn't look at my watch for the entire run (I know the distance turn arounds). If I had gone three miles farther, it would have been a 6 minute PR for my half marathon. And my last 3 miles were my fastest. Yay! Speedwork is working!!

Friday: OTF Saturday: Rest Sunday: OTF.
This was the first week of my spring training plan. Of course, our winter has been relatively mild up until the time when I need to start running outdoors, and then the cold rainy snowy crap finally shows up.
Also thinking about a Garmin but daaaaang... so many choices! I have an Apple Watch and love it for everything, but it has some quirks that make running with it somewhat annoying. I think the Forerunner 245 music is going to be what I go for.
