Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! Work is kind of a shit show lately. I'm doing my best to work with someone who is not pulling his weight. It's frustrating.
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! I met with my swim coach again and feel really excited about what I learned and the difference it is making in my swim already.
Bonus: Any Valentine's or Galentine's Day plans? H&F or non H&F? H and I are going to make a fancyish dinner and enjoy some wine. The kids will be around and we'll probably watch a movie. Nothing too exciting, but it will be a nice way to reconnect. Sat night I'm going to a neighborhood ladies night.

Sunday: 2 hour 15 minute road ride Monday: Yoga Tuesday: 65 minute road ride in the rain Wed.: Trainer ride Thursday/Friday: hopefully a recovery ride outside 1 day, other day off Saturday: 3 hour group ride Sunday/Monday: Probably trainer rides b/c of forecast rain
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! I've been so tired lately I haven't been hitting my power numbers when riding. It's a complicated situation, and my doctor has been called in. It's also been raining here a lot. We are almost 12" over normal since Jan. 1.

Bonus: Any Valentine's or Galentine's Day plans? H&F or non H&F? I plan to stay far away from nice restaurants! I may do a bike ride if it's sunny. It also depends on what time my warrantied mattress is delivered.

Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! I had a frustrating swim class on Sunday - hardly anyone was there because of a snow storm so we got a lot more attention than we normally do which resulted in a lot more "fixes". I can only think about/work on one thing or I forget to breath.....
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! Had an awesome time at local place for a training ride where you are on the same virtual course as 8 other people over the weekend for charity. I biked a lot harder than I normally do. Vacation in t minus 9 days.
Bonus: Any Valentine's or Galentine's Day plans? H&F or non H&F? Nothing planned for Valentines day - my parents might come for the weekend, otherwise a run Saturday and packing/ cleaning for our trip.
What are you training for and/or goal you're working towards? Date? - Publix 5k 3/1, another 5K in April, then tri season.
What’s your schedule for the week? - It's a recovery week for me, which seems super weird since I've been in offseason mode for a while, but looking at my fitness graph on Training Peaks, it looks like it's about time! Mon: 60' Zwift ride/strength, Tues: 1500 swim, Wed: 30 min run/strength, Thurs: 2k swim, Fri: 1' Zwift ride/strength, Sat: 40' run/strength, Sunday = rest.
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! - My new chiro seems to have been successful in getting my foot issue under control, though there's still some nagging pain. I'm also in limbo on a bunch of health tests/answers, so that's frustrating.
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! - I finally had a long run this past weekend where I just enjoyed the hell out of the run. Those are so few and far between for me, I always celebrate when they happen.
Bonus: Any Valentine's or Galentine's Day plans? H&F or non H&F? - Nope. We started dating around this time, so we tend to celebrate that on a random day and skip all the Valentine's madness. I've never been really big on Valentine's Day.

I have an aw which is also an issue- I'm finally in a groove and ACTUALLY doing all my mid-week runs in this plan. Like...that's crazy. However, that means that my milage shot up kinda precipitously. Not on paper, since I had far more miles in the weeks previous on my calendar, but I never actually Did Them. So. It's awesome. I'm having so much fun. My poor legs are dying and I'm afraid my knee or hip is going to act up any second. I foam roll and stretch like it's my job but damn...when I actually look at my training log leading up to now it is hilarious how few runs I was actually doing.
No vday plans. Running group gtg on Monday if that counts!

What’s your schedule for the week? Mon: half hour speed work Tues: strength Wed: half hour speed work Thurs: probably rest Fri: DK Sat: a trail relay. I have two legs. Not sure but somewhere between 12-14 miles total. Sun: Probably strength

I’m up in the air still. My weekends have been tough bc my husband isn’t always home so I have a hard getting long runs in, let alone back to backs. I would definitely not be trained well, if I do it. I still have two months to decide though. I’ll decide as it gets closer. I really hope to!
