Fri- had a run planned that I had to scrap because of h's work and I'm still a bit salty. Stupid job... Sat- ran 4, short swim Sun- hilariously badly paced 5k Mon- swim, and some running after the kids on their bikes is on the schedule
Finally back to being able run again now that my H is back! He was gone for 3 weeks and I don’t have anyone to watch DS.
I didn’t get into the London Royal Parks Half Marathon lottery. I’m pretty disappointed and need to figure out a different, exciting half for this fall...

Fri: rest Sat: 14 cold, cold miles Sun: strength and 4 miles (was supposed to be 5, but mentally I was just not there, so I called it at 4) Mon: Today's a work day for me, but I do plan to do some cross training tonight.
