Bonus - What's your current favorite TV Series, movie or podcast that you're binging on? Can I have 2? Star Trek: Discovery and Star Trek: Picard. I'm a huge ST:TNG fan and am really into Picard. Since I had to subscribe to CBS All Access temporarily, I've really gotten into Discovery.

What’s your schedule for the week? Mon: 1:20 ride/15' brick, Tues: Swim test, Wed: 40' run/strength, Thurs: 2500 swim, Fri: 1:30 ride/strength, Sat: 60' run/strength, Sun: Off
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! - I slept super weird the other night and now my shoulder really freaking hurts. I also had a really awful blood draw last week, and I swear she went through a nerve. I'm still having nerve pain/burning from it.
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! - I finally bought a tri bike, it came yesterday, and it is SEXY.

What’s your schedule for the week? Mon - 2100yd swim, Tues - 1hr15min bike + strength, Wed - 60 min tempo run, Thur - 50 min run + strength, Fri - 2100yd swim + yoga, Sat - 2hr run, Sun - Rest or swim lesson
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! Work is a shit show and it's time I find a new job. I hate job searching and hope I can find something with a decent amount of telework. I'm stress eating sweets.
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! I had a really solid week workout wise despite a busy schedule. It was so crazy I took a nap Saturday afternoon. I NEVER take naps (seriously it's been years), but the week just caught up to me. It felt great.
Bonus - What's your current favorite TV Series, movie or podcast that you're binging on? More bike times has meant more shows to watch which is the only positive thing about riding indoors. I finished Cheer and Handmaid's Tale recently. Both very good in completely different ways. H and I watching Season 4 of Better Call Saul.

What’s your schedule for the week? M- Bike 60 min T- swim 2100 W- rest Th - Sun - travel- get in run/swims/ bikes as I can.
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! I got my swim video back and there is so much to work on. It's a bit overwhelming.
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! On the flip side I feel like I am getting stronger and more comfortable in the water. I can "feel" some of the things they pointed out in the video. Baby steps!
Bonus - What's your current favorite TV Series, movie or podcast that you're binging on? I'm re-watching Veronica Mars for like the 5th time.

What are you training for and/or goal you're working towards? Date? RNR DC 3/28 Pittsburgh Half 5/3
What’s your schedule for the week? Mon: 60 min cross training Tues: 6 mile run Wed: 5 mile run Thur: rest Fri: 6 mile run Sat: Work. Because of course I have to work another Saturday. Sun: 12 miles with intervals
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! Last weekend, after my COLD 14 mile run, my knee was sore. So Sunday, instead of 5 miles, I called it at 4 and did a bunch of stretching and strength work. I told my coach about it, and he jumped to hey maybe we should slow down your training schedule. Which, ok, probably smart, but I'm so sure that my knee was sore in large part b/c I ran in 15* weather. By my Tuesday run, my knee was fine (and it's still fine today). Soooo, I have no idea what's going to happen, but I really hope my knee stays strong and injury free.
