Quick CSP/Southwest airlines question

We're going to fly Southwest for a vacation this summer; they are the only airline that flies direct from our city to our destination.  

I save up CSP points for airfare for our annual vacations to see these friends.  Usually we're flying AA, or sometimes United, but always an airline I can book through CSP's portal.  I fly Southwest pretty rarely, although I do have a rapid rewards account with them.

I know I can call to transfer points from my Chase Freedom to my CSP.  Can I also transfer points from my CSP to my Southwest rapid rewards account and use those to book tickets?

You can transfer points from your CSP to your Southwest Rapid Rewards account at a 1:1 ratio.

Apparently you can also book Southwest tickets directly using CSP points by calling them.
