Friday: swim + yoga Sat: 2hr run w/ 15 min strong finish Sun: swim lesson
My swim lesson with my coach went good. It's great to get live feedback on what I'm doing right and what I'm doing wrong. I'm excited to keep working at it and see where I can go. It's also really good that I don't have any big races on my calendar so I can just take this time to focus on swimming and integrate lots of drills into my workouts.

Fri: 6 mile run Sat: rest/work event Sun: 12 miles w/8 at HMP
I've been fighting off a cold since the middle of last week. It never quite hit full blown, but it sure zapped my energy this weekend. I got my run in Sunday, but spent the rest of the day bundled up under a blanket on my couch.
Friday- actual rest day where I actually rested! Saturday- ran 5, short swim Sunday - ran 9
Half marathon training is getting real! About to hit double digits. My SRTT winter challenge ended, so I'm being more reasonable with actually resting on my rest days and starting to truly loop in some bike training...but still keeping at least 4 days a week running. I feel really strong running, but remain entirely in the dark on what pace I should aim for for this race.
Goal continues to be commit to my plan and all the good things I know I need to do, like recovery and rolling and so forth. And it's still rolling along!
