Jasmine rice, diced chicken breast from the instant pot, caramelized onions, zucchini, feta, and a drizzle of creamy Italian dressing. Sounds like a random combo but it is so yummy.
Sunday-chicken fried rice Monday-Lasagna Tuesday- according to dd, something good for her last night brace free Wednesday - baked cod and shrimp, vegetables Thursday- maybe out since the kids have an ice skating event Friday- fish fry Friday for lent.
