Bonus: What weird and/or simple H&F related things do you find pleasure in?
For example I love planning out my running clothes for the next morning. I go on weather.com and look at the hourly forecast and wind forecast and do a complicated analysis of what I should wear (shorts v. capris, long sleeves v. short) then I put all my running stuff in a pile on the bathroom floor so I can find it first thing in the morning. It makes me happy. LOL
What are you training for and/or goal you're working towards? Date? Gravel race at the end of March. Track/Velodrome starting in April
What’s your schedule for the week? I'm taking the week off to rest. I've been really tired lately and realized I haven't actually taken time off of any exercise for a while. Saturday/Sunday: Ride TBD
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! Fatigue between training, work, and some other stuff. I have some health things going on, too. It makes me really down.

Bonus: What weird and/or simple H&F related things do you find pleasure in? I have a bag that I keep 3 cycling outfits in that I can wear in any weather. Once it's worn, it gets washed and put back in the bag. The bag gets repacked seasonally with weather appropriate items.
What are you training for and/or goal you're working towards? Date? So...I’m kinda stuck on that 50k at the end of March. Still not committed but still can’t get it out of my head.
What’s your schedule for the week? M-was going to run but was pretty tired after a 10 mile on the weekend T-also too tired for strength-I skipped it W-treadmill speedwork Th-would have done 4-6 miles but my son had an appt after work F-meh we’ll see Sat-I plan to ski all day Sun-maybe 20 miles
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! I’m tired. I have a full time job that makes work 4 people’s positions worth

Uh I don’t really have one. Although I have some shitty free/cheap ass earbuds that suck and today I tried out aftershocks at my LRS. I’ll be buying them tonight thanks.

What’s your schedule for the week? Mon: Crosstraining Tues: 6 miles Wed: 6 miles Thurs: 5 miles Friday: Rest Sat: 5 miles and strength Sun: 14 miles

Any AW's or brags? We want to know! More of a random, but the cold I thought I was getting turned out not to be a cold and just some allergies. B/c the weather is drunk and can't decide if it wants to be winter-like or spring-like, so lots of things are blooming now that don't usually bloom until late March. Maybe this will keep my allergies at bay during my 2 spring races??
Bonus: What weird and/or simple H&F related things do you find pleasure in? Well, if I'm running before work, I also find some pleasure in tossing my gym clothes on the bathroom floor the night before. I also get a lot of joy out of getting my ponytail/hair accessories right. I have such trouble finding ponytail holders that keep my hair in place (my hair is heavy and running causes a lot of ponytail holders to slip) and in finding headbands that stay on my head properly and keep my layers out my face.
