I will start by saying we don't want to know gender so this all is purely for the medical information.
i had my blood drawn on Feb 13. At my appointment today they didn't have the results. I called Natera who couldn't find me in the system. They looked instead for my doctors office and ultimately found my blood work, without my name or birthday on it do they can't use it.
I am so upset! First of all, I called Natera last week to check on results and was told only my doctors office would release the results, not that I couldn't be found. Also my doctors office attempted to look up results and could see the correct date my blood was drawn so I don't know how they could do that if my name was never attached.
I'm supposed to get blood drawn again ...but that first time around was excruciating for some reason (I'm normally fine). Also I originally had an appointment for the blood to be drawn at home but that appointment got lost and I had to go out to lab
I think the worst part of all of it is the anxiety of waiting for results!
I got an apology from the local nater rep who is promising to be as helpful as she can in getting the new blood drawn but I'm so frustrated I honestly right now feel too stuck in the stubborn upset phase to move forward, I honestly was on the fence about testing anyways (we didn't with first daughter)

Sounds like it wasnt Natera that messed up but your lab. I just got mine drawn today for natera and the lab tech made sure that I double checked that my tubes were labeled with my name, DOB and ID# correctly. Sorry this happened to you

Oh for sure , this was definitely the lab they sent me to, I didn't have a choice. Also, it sounds like my doctors office messed up a few things as well.
i finally got my blood redrawn and this time around it was only 2 tubes and overall an easier process than last time when they draw 4 tubes
as the story develops, honestly things were messed up on so many extra levels, it's honestly crazy and not worth going in to
