What are you training for and/or goal you're working towards? Date? 70.3 Madison, Maybe May half
What’s your schedule for the week? M- bike 65 min T- Run 5 (5k Assessment) W- Swim 60 min (200/400 assessment) T- Lift/Bike (15 mile assessment) F- Bike 60 S- Run 8 S-Bike 65 / Run 20/ Swim Clinic
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! It's assessment week in training, I'm not ready especially after taking almost a week off when on vacation. I have really tight hips and some IT band stuff coming back on my runs which is causing lower back pain. Hoping to fix with some extra stretching and a massage this week.
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! My 5k assessment time was 1 second faster than last month!
Bonus: What's your favorite post work out food/drink? Weekdays most of my workouts are followed by dinner. Weekends I usually go for breakfast foods - bacon and coffee especially.
What are you training for and/or goal you're working towards? Date? I passed my “test” run this weekend (20) so I signed up for the 50k at the end of March. I’m grossly undertrained but I can survive it.
What’s your schedule for the week? I’m tired, so I haven’t ran since sunday. I’ll run like 4 miles Thursday. Maybe speedwork Friday morning but let’s be honest-not likely Saturday: strength Sunday: a trail run of some kind
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! My body is just tired and I’m listening to it.
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! I survived a 20 mile flat run this weekend. Actually I had to keep telling myself to slow down. I was aiming for an 11:30 miles and kept getting to my normal 10:30 pace.
Bonus: What's your favorite post work out food/drink? After trail runs I love a double shot of espresso over ice. Then I mix a protein shake. It’s like a latte but with 20g of protein.
What are you training for and/or goal you're working towards? Date? Gravel race at the end of March, not really training for it. Another gravel race in April plus track racing staring April 1.
What’s your schedule for the week? Sunday: Mountain bike Monday: Off Tuesday: Road Bike Wed: Trainer ride Thursday: Trainer ride Saturday: Road ride
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! Breathing problems continue. Doctors visits continue to try to find the solution.

Bonus: What's your favorite post work out food/drink? Willys Tofu Burritos if I am riding before dinner during the week. In the summer it's almost any COLD sparkling water.

What’s your schedule for the week? Mon: rest Tues: 6 miles Wed: 7.5 miles with intervals Thurs: 5 miles Fri: rest Sat: 5 miles Sun: 12 miles w/8 at better than HMP
Any issues/vents/complaints? Tell us! I'm tired. I'm so so so tired. But I also don't really want to stop running, which is about the only way to get more rest/sleep in my life. I really just need it to be spring and sunny.
Any AW's or brags? We want to know! I'm getting better at hitting my intervals. I'm really good at hitting my 12 mile runs with intervals, which surprises me every time.
Bonus: What's your favorite post work out food/drink? Kashi waffles with peanut butter. Or a toasted bagel with peanut butter. Or a PBJ. Clearly I should have just answered "Peanut Butter" LOL.
